Biography
My name is Joann Loftus and I have been making art every since I can remember. Having grown-up in a creative household with a mother who is a professional artist and art teacher/instructor, I've always had the influence of art in my life!
I create mixed-media whimsical folk art and handcrafted items, such as pendants and notecards using the images I paint. My work can be found on Etsy under the username of whimsiesfolksies. I'm a member of the Indianapolis Art Center, where I continue my education by taking a variety of art classes. I'm also a member of the Southside Art League and Watercolor Society of Indiana.
