I just completed my second painting from the Suzi Blu workshop, called "Secret Garden". I started it Monday afternoon and then worked on it again yesterday. I guess I got sort of obsessed with it yesterday and ended up staying up all night so I could finish it. I went to bed this morning at 10:00 a.m.!! So I got four hours of sleep today. I had to get up so I could do the beeswax, photography, and listing it on Etsy... not to mention cleaning up my studio! Uuughhh! Why do I do this to myself? When I work on a project and get in the flow, it's like I can't stop. I have to finish. Anyway, it's done and I'm already thinking about another idea that's rolling around in my head...
UPDATE: "Secret Garden" ORIGINAL is SOLD... Loose and mounted prints available in My ETSY Shop.
I love this! I hope Suzi offers this class another time - the stuff I've seen coming out of it is beautiful. :)

Thanks so much, Lisa! I do believe Suzi will be doing this class again in January. I'm having fun makin' "pretty girls"!

Oh, lovely! I understand why you were obsessed.
I don't think Suzi is going to teach this class again. She said the other day..I think during chat, that she is going to put the class videos on DVD and sell them. Her next class in Jan. is going to be different. Fabric and goddesses. Should be very interesting.

Oh wow!! That's beautiful...both of the girls are. I'm taking the class but I haven't tried any girls on wood yet...it's like I'm afraid to try that. Your girlies are great!!!
